Omer leads PBC’s IT Portfolio, which includes IT infrastructure management, ERP SAP coordination of all modules, Secondary Sales (Theia) coordination, BI tools, CCTV operations, Time & Attendance systems, telecommunication and networks, cyber security, IT vendor relationship and negotiations, IT budget management, SLA management and IT audits, all focused on bringing efficiency, performance and business continuity to PBC IT services.

Omer completed his Masters of Science from the University of Sunderland, UK in 2006. He started his IT career in 2001 with the ambition to pursue higher education thereafter. After joining Chenab Group Ltd. in 2006, he was presented with the opportunity to lead a major ERP implementation project, successfully completing an IT infrastructure assignment from scratch for more than 500 users. He quickly gathered expertise in datacenter management, ERP support and project management, and rejoined Chenab Group in a leading role following the completion of his MSc.

Thereafter, Omer joined the PepsiCo system as Manager Networks at Punjab Beverages in 2010, leading a transformational wave of Information Technology initiatives, and was later promoted as Head of IT in 2024.

Omer is an accomplished IT professional with 20 years of experience in leading and managing technology initiatives across diverse organizational settings. With a solid background in IT infrastructure, system administration and strategic planning, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving innovation and ensuring the business continuity of IT operations. He possesses a proven track record of spearheading successful projects, implementing cutting-edge technologies and delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.
