As the Head of Human Resource & Legal Function, Shoaib is responsible for developing and executing the organization strategy in support of PBC’s business strategy and ensuring compliance . This includes attracting and developing diverse talent, building skills and capabilities, designing and leveraging a company operating model to accelerate value creation, and leading cultural transformation to unleash the potential and contribution of PBC colleagues working across PBC Territory.

Prior to joining PBC, Shoaib held multiple positions at Descon Engineering Limited ranging from recruitment to organizational behavior. Since joining PBC, he has built HR expertise in talent management and leadership development, as well as compensation, benefits, and employee relations. He has significant experience in driving largescale organization change in support of business and organization outcomes.
