Ijaz Ahmed is leading the Admin function, which includes HSE, general administration, security, CCTV, civil/ paint/ carpenter workshop, horticulture, housekeeping etc.

Ijaz Ahmed completed his Bachelors in Military Sciences and International Relations from Pakistan Military Academy, a prestigious institution in Pakistan. After graduation and passing out, he joined an Artillery Unit deployed in Kashmir. Later on, after serving at various appointments, he was inducted in CMI and served in intelligence setups.

During the service with Pakistan Army as commissioned officer, he did multiple courses encompassing Basic and Advanced Leadership, Advanced Weapons Handling, HR Management, Staff Duties, Intelligence Course, Security Management Course, Anti Terrorism Training, Meteorology, Survey, Ballistic Sciences and Explosives.

After getting release from Pakistan Army in 2009, He joined Carlson Worldwide for a short time before joining Serena Hotels Pakistan. In 2012, he joined Sitara Chemical Industries and worked at various positions (Administration and Operations) till joining PBC.
