Saad has been associated with PBC since last 9 years. He joined as Head of Business Excellence where he has carried out multiple cross-functional projects to completion. His core experience lies in optimizing end-to-end supply chain and in his current role he is responsible for optimizing each node in the chain to maximize value. Additionally, he is also looking after the warehousing and logistics function provisionally for strategic restructuring and infrastructure

Previously, Saad was part of CCI-Pakistan team where he started his career as a management trainee. Saad held multiple positions in the central planning department at CCI and bringing about various efficiencies and value addition. In his last role, he was responsible for forecasting, production planning, transfer planning, and demand fulfillment across all Pakistan.

Saad has a degree in computer engineering followed by an MBA from LUMS. His strong analytical skills that blend with his business acumen to create synergies among multiple functions. Furthermore his passion for learning keeps him abreast of latest developments and tools to bring about improvements. He is also passionate to pass down his knowledge and has been a mentor to many management trainees who have benefitted from his coaching.
