Nadeem Gulzar has been an integral part of PBC’s leadership team for well over a decade, developing strategies in support of PBC’s long-term, balanced growth and value creation objectives. He leads the company’s Finance & Accounting, Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Costing, Investments in New Projects, Working Capital Management, Taxation, Internal Controls and Financial Information Systems.

Nadeem began his career in 1992 as a Senior Associate at Zahid Jamil & Co., a well renowned accounting firm in Pakistan. In 1997, he joined Crescent Jute Products Limited as the Deputy Finance Controller. Owing to his sheer performance and hard work, he soon got promoted to the Chief Financial Officer position at Crescent Ujala Limited.

Since joining PBC in 2004 as General Manager – Budgeting & Financial Analysis, Nadeem has contributed immensely towards building systems and streamlining the control processes. He played a pivotal role in ERP implementation in the Finance function along with introducing business intelligence tools for effective and efficient strategic and tactical decision making. He has played a vital role in revenue management, enhancing performance productivity and yielding cost efficiencies.

Nadeem is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Institute of Taxation Management and Faisalabad Tax Bar Association.

During his leisure time, Nadeem loves to workout and spend time with his family.
