Job Description
Punjab Beverages Company is looking for a Market Development Executive to manage distribution and drive secondary sales in the assigned city. The successful candidate will lead a team of PSRs and distribution staff, achieve sales targets by meeting KPIs, and make sure every customer is properly supplied.
Responsibilities
- Distribution handling
- Achievement of secondary sales targets by meeting KPIs
- Managing a team of PSRs and distribution staff
- Managing stocks and safety stocks by brand and SKU
- Ensuring proper supplies to every customer
Qualification and Requirements
- MBA/BBA (Marketing)
- 2-3 years of FMCG experience (preferably in the beverage industry)
- Positions are based at Faisalabad, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Sargodha, Bhalwal, Khushab, Jhang, Okara & suburbs
